आज नाम्चि जिल्लाको District Administrative Centre मा “Nasha Mukt Bharat, Khushhaal Bharat” अभियानको पाँचौं वार्षिकोत्सव मनाइँदै छ, जस अन्तरगत मादक पदार्थ विरुद्ध प्रतिज्ञा कार्यक्रम आयोजना गरिएको छ, यस ऐतिहासिक कार्यक्रममा क्षेत्रीय विधायक तथा शहरी विकास विभागका मन्त्री भोजराज राईको गरिमामय उपस्थितिले कार्यक्रमलाई विशेष महत्व प्रदान गर्नेछ।कार्यक्रम District Administrative Centre, Namchi, Sikkimअभियान: Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaanको पाँच वर्षको सफल यात्रा तथा समाजमा लागुपदार्थ दुव्र्यसन विरुद्ध जनचेतना सन्देश रहनेछ ।
NASHA MUKT BHARAT ABHIYAAN
NMBA is a government initiative launched
by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment to combat drug abuse
through awareness, prevention, and rehabilitation programs. Key Benefits in Sikkim.

Public rallies, workshops, and educational
campaigns to spread awareness.
2. Rehabilitation & Counseling – De-
addiction centers and professional
counseling support for addicts and
families.
3. Capacity Building – Training for Sayogi
Mitras, law enforcement, and healthcare
professionals.
4. School & College Initiatives – Anti drug
programs to prevent substance abuse
among youth and sports activities to
engage the younger generations.

The Social Welfare Department, under the
Nasha Mukt Sikkim initiative, is actively
working to address the drug menace by:

Facilitating access to counselling and
