International Happiness Day

Namchi, 22nd March: 3rd IRBN celebrated International Happiness day, today. The day was celebrated amongst 107 children from Manglay Primary School. Along with the students differently abled persons and general public of manglay bazaar also participated in the said program. A cultural extravaganza was also showcased by the students as well as the the jawans.
