Press release from Office of District Collector Namchi

Namchi,29 April : To commemorate 75th year of India’s independence i.e Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav ( AKAM) painting competition was held on 29/04/2022 in all Government secondary and Sr secondary school under Namchi District on the theme of ” THE SMART CITY REVOLUTION IN NORTH EAST”. The said program was organised under the banner of ” Celebration of North East festival ”
All 22 senior secondary schools and 33 secondary schools of Namchi District participated in the said competition. Schools are further instructed to submit top 3 paintings at school level to the office of Chief education officer Namchi by 30/04/2022.
Top three paintings at each school level will be displayed in an exhibition at Central Park Namchi and the winner from the exhibition will be awarded PRIZES, CERTIFICATES AND MEMENTOS in the closing ceremony of the event on 4/05/2022
