Namchi Municipal Council started scheduled drainage cleaning as an initiative of Garbage Free City and Monsoon Preparedness

Namchi,5th June (IPR): As an initiative of Garbage Free City and Monsoon Preparedness, Namchi Municipal Council has started scheduled drainage cleaning under the jurisdiction of Namchi Municipal Council to tackle the problem of clogging drains and overflow of drain water to public places like residential areas, streets, commercial areas, etc. during Monsoon with the help of Safaimitras.
The importance of scheduled drainage cleaning is as follows:

Hence, the Namchi Municipal Council has cleaned at 8 different locations under its jurisdiction including Jhoras to prevent any kind of inconvenience to the public and to keep the environment clean.
