Guru Rimpoche’s Thrunkar Tshechu celebrated at Samdruptse, Namchi

Namchi,7th August ( IPR) : Guru Rimpoche’s Thrunkar Tshechu was celebrated magnificently at Samdruptse, Namchi,today.
At the outset of the birthday celebration of Guru Rimpoche, a ceremonial procession was taken up from Sherdup Choeling Monastery, Namchi to Samdruptse.
Multitude of devotees had enthusiastically participated in the procession.
The celebration had the divine presence of Sherdup Dunzing Rimpoche who offered prayers for the well-being of Sikkim and it’s citizens.
It maybe mentioned here that Guru Rimpoche’s Thrunkar Tshechu celebration was organised jointly by Sherdup Chorling Monastery, Ngadak TSDC Monastery and Namdroling Monastery, Namchi.
