MMMD campaign by Sikkip BAC

Namchi, 14th August: To mark the anniversary of India’s Independence on 15 August, Sikkip BAC, observed ‘Meri Mati Mera Desh’ campaign in all the 3 GPUs under the BAC, today. In this campaign the participants honoured the sacrifices and contributions of freedom fighters and martyrs by installing memorial plaque ‘Shilaphalakam’ bearing there names in 2 Gram Panchayat Units and 1 in NTL School.
Following this plantation drive of 75 saplings of indigenous species was conducted in every Gram Panchayat Unit involving the Students and public.
