Information from DAC, Namchi

Namchi, 4th October (IPR): It is to inform that a relief camp has been set up at two places namely Devi Mandir and Pranami Mandir to accommodate people living in areas in the wake of heavy rains. Report of damages in the locality have come across which is being looked into and assisted as well.
DC (Namchi) Mr. M. Bharani Kumar, SDM (Namchi) Mr. N. K. Karki, SDPO (Ravangla) Mr. Bikash Tiwari and other officials are present in the spot for necessary action.
A medical team with one Ambulance from Bermiok PHC is reaching the relief camp. Mobile Village Clinic has been mobilized to camp areas. Medical team has been instructed to keep all logistics and medicine ready, extra medicine if required will be provided from district.
