Team comprising of Food Safety Officer, Sanitation Inspector and Health Education Officer visited the three relief camps

Namchi, 12th October: A team comprising of Food Safety Officer, Sanitation Inspector and Health Education Officer visited three relief camps namely Pranami Mandir Namphing, Recep Government Primary School, and NHPC Primary School, Linkutar today.
Pertinent information on hygiene guidelines, food safety standards, waste management, and prevention of foodborne disease and water-borne diseases was discussed. The inspection of the kitchen and storage of food products were also checked and found to be maintained properly. The Food Safety Officer (FSO) distributed apron and headgear at all three relief camps.
