DC Namchi chairs preparatory meeting for General Election 2024

Namchi, Feb 16(IPR): A preparatory meeting was convened at DAC Namchi to address crucial aspects for the upcoming General Election 2024.
The meeting was chaired by Ms Annapurna Alley DC Namchi. Present during the meeting were ADC Namchi, SDMs, BDOs, ERO, AERO, RO, ARO and other officials from the concerned departments.
The meeting delved into various agendas, covering essential topics such as Form Processing, EPIC delivery monitoring, ASD voters in comparison to depletion, distribution of Form 12D for home voting, interactions with BLO, daily reporting of EDCs, and discussions on DSE/PSE.
During the meeting discussion were made about the various apps employed for election conduct, including ENCORE, EMS, SUVIDHA voters app, and CVIGIL.
DC Namchi highlighted the importance of utilising the apps for election purposes and urged the attendees to stay informed through various ECI channels.
Permissions for election procedures were highlighted, noting that only the DEO can grant such permissions in the district.
The mandatory attendance of all election-related trainings was stressed.
Furthermore, DC Namchi also addressed matters concerning the home voting team and other pertinent issues raised during the session.
