DEO Namchi chairs coordination meeting of ROS, AROS and Counting Officials

Namchi, May 30 (IPR): A coordination meeting was organised in the Conference Hall of District Administrative Centre, Namchi, by Ms Annapurna Alley, DC/DEO Namchi.
The meeting also had the presence of Mr Anant Jain ADM Namchi, Mr Sunil Mothey ADC (Dev), Mr Gopal K Chettri SDM (HQ), Mr Saran D Kalikotey SDM Namchi, Mr Tshering Norgyal Theengh SDM Yangyang and Mr Sisum Wangchuk Bhutia SDM Ravangla ,Rajani Sharma,SDM Namthang,Monica Rai,SDM Jorethang, Bhumika Chettri,Dy Secretary Elections and all AROs.
The DC/DEO in her address briefed all the officials engaged in the duty to take up their responsibilities seriously and perform the task given with outmost sincerity and dedication. She also informed that any discrepencies met by the officials engaged in the counting process and failing to perform their task will result in serious action under the ECI guidelines.
Mr Anant Jain ADM, briefed and explained in details about the roles and responsibilities of the ROs, AROs and the counting officials engaged in the duties.
Mr Sunil Mothey ADC (Dev) also addressed the officials present about their responsibilities and briefed about the duties to be performed with utmost dedication. He also informed that necessary procedures should be followed during the counting process from the start to the ending of the overall process.
Earlier, Mr Gopal K Chettri SDM (HQ) briefed all the ROS, AROS, and the counting officials of their responsibilities during the counting process. He also informed that the counting process will begin at 6 am and officers and officials engaged in the counting process should report at 4:30 am and that transportation has been arranged according
The meeting also had a brief interactive session where queries were raised by officials engaged in counting duties and addressed accordingly.
