Felicitation program for mothers who had delivered through normal delivery held at Namchi District Hospital

30th September 2024, District Hospital Namchi:
A felicitation program for mothers who had delivered through normal delivery was held at District Hospital Namchi today .
The District Magistrate of Namchi, Ms. Anupa Tamling, presented appreciation letters and gifts to the mothers to promote and encourage natural births in health facilities.
The event saw the presence of Dr. S.N. Adhikari, Chief Medical Officer of Namchi, Dr. Urgen Sherpa, District Nodal Officer, along with Gynecologists, health officers and staffs from the District Hospital Namchi.
The initiative aimed to raise awareness about the importance of safe and natural childbirth in medical settings, focusing on the health and well-being of both mothers and their newborns.
