Notice of Election Passed From The Office of The District Collector cum District Election Officer, Ms Anupa Tamling.
The notice shares the information in regards to a candidate’s nomination filing, scrutiny, withdrawal and the poll date for Bye-Election for 11 Namchi-Singhithang Assembly Constituency respectively.
Nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or any of his proposers to Ms Anupa Tamling, Returning Officer or to Assistant Returning Officers Mr Subash Ghimirey ADC (HQ) and Mr Saran Kalikotay SDM Namchi at Room No 302, DM’s Chamber, DAC Namchi, between 11 AM and 3 PM on any day (other than public holiday) not later than 25/10/2024.
The process of scrutiny will be held at the DM’s Chamber, DAC Namchi on 28/10/2024, from 11 AM to 3 PM.
Withdrawl of candidature can be done on 30/10/2024, before 3 PM.
In the event of the elections being contested, the poll will be taken on 13/11/2024 between 7 AM to 5 PM.
