Press release from Sikkim Institute of Science and Technology (SIST) Chisopani, Namchi District

Namchi, 15 Febuary: A voluntarily blood donation camp was organized by the Red Ribbon Club of Sikkim Institute of Science and Technology (SIST), Chisopani in collaboration with Voluntary Blood Donor Association of Sikkim (VBDAS) supported by the Blood Bank of District Hospital, Namchi on 12th February 2025.
The camp witnessed a huge participation from faculty members, staff and the students of SIST. Students from CCCT College also participated in the camp. Over 80 voluntary donors registered for the voluntary Blood donation. Total 53 units of blood were collected from the camp and the collected blood were supplied to the Namchi District Hospital blood bank.
The donors were handed over with the certificate of participation in acknowledgment to noble contributions.
