Jagatguru from Nepal Begins Ceremonial Tour of Sikkim with Holy Dip at Triveni

Namchi, 21 April (IPR) : Jagatguru Shree Balasanta Mohan Saran Diwacharya Maharaj Shree commenced his spiritual journey across Sikkim with a sacred dip at the confluence of the Teesta and Rangeet Rivers (Triveni) near Melli, Namchi district.
This ceremonial act marked the beginning of his week-long visit to significant religious sites in the state. The first destination on his itinerary was the Roli Siddhakamana Devi Mandir, where Jagatguru performed a special puja for the welfare of Sikkim and its revered deities.
During his visit, he interacted with local dignitaries, devotees, and the temple management committee. He was warmly welcomed by Zilla Adhyakshya of Namchi Ms Anjeeta Rajalim.
Further, he visited the Kali Devi Mandir, where he offered prayers for the protection and preservation of Sikkim’s natural deities and sacred landscapes.
On 20 April, during a spiritual discourse at the ongoing Mahayajya at Siddheswara Dham in Namchi, he spoke on the profound spiritual significance of the Teesta, and Rangeet Rivers. Jagatguru is in Sikkim to lead a ceremonial Anusthan marking the 15th Foundation Year of Siddheswara Dham.
Highlighting the spiritual grace bestowed upon Sikkim by the mighty Himalayan deities, he stressed the collective responsibility to protect this blessed land.
As part of his ongoing pilgrimage, His Holiness is scheduled to visit the Kirateswar Mandir in Legshep tomorrow. Subsequent visits will include Rabong Buddha Park and Samdruptse.
