Namxhi, 4 May :The Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan (VKSA) continues in Sumbuk Block of Namchi district.

The programme at Sadam was graced with the presence of Chief Guest as Hon’ble MLA cum Advisor Shri. Nar Bahadur Pradhan (Agriculture Department, Horticulture Department, AH&VS Department, Fisheries Department).

The VKSA-2025 campaign will continue nationwide from 29th May to 12th June 2025 engaging farmers across all districts in a mission to build a resilient, inclusive, and future-ready agricultural sector.

As part of the programme, the representatives held awareness sessions and engaged in technical interactions with the farmers. They shared valuable information on farming techniques, livestock management, fishery development, and various other rural livelihood initiatives. These efforts were designed to enhance public awareness and improve access to government services.

The campaign has been strategically designed to foster inter-departmental collaboration and coordination with local administrative units. By encouraging direct engagement between institutions and community members, VKSA aims to strengthen rural planning and ensure the availability of necessary tools and support systems at the grassroots level.
