ADC Namchi chairs final meeting for the upcoming 78th Independence Day Celebration, 2024

Namchi, August 5th ( IPR) : The final meeting for the upcoming 78th Independence Day celebration was conducted at the Conference Hall of District Administrative Centre Namchi, today.
The meeting was chaired by Mr Subhash Ghimirey ADC Namchi , Mr Gopal K Chettri SDM ( HQ) , District HoOs and Officers from the Line Department.
During the meeting, ADC Namchi discussed and gave the final assessment to the programmes listed for the celebration. He further reviewed the responsibilities given to the respective line departments and made sure that the assigned duties are performed to the best of their ability. He also had an interactive discussion with the HoOs and gave alternative ideas to incorporate in case of unpredictable circumstances.
SDM Namchi in his address also gave suggestions and ideas to be more creative and to make proper use of products that are eco friendly. He also added that the success of any event lies in proper coordination and communication. Furthermore, he highlighted for a systematic and successful event on 78th Independence Day celebration.
