Namchi, 1st October: As part of the nationwide ‘Swachhata Hi Seva’ initiative, the Namchi District Hospital held a mass cleanliness drive across HWC- PHSCs, UHWC (Boomtar), HWC-PHCs, HWC-CHC in Namchi District today.
The drive witnessed hospital staff in cleaning of the premises with the aim of fostering the importance of cleanliness.
Swachhata Hi Seva aligns with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Ek Tareekh Ek Ghanta Ek Saath’ (One Date One Hour Together) initiative for a cleaner India which aims to pay tribute to Mahatma Gandhi on his birth anniversary which falls on October 2.
