Clealiness Drive at Turung – Mamring GPU

Namchi, 18th May (IPR): A cleanliness drive was conducted at Donak and Kirtipur ward under Turung – Mamring GPU, today. BDO (Namthang) Mr. Yogen Syangden, ACF (Namthang) Mr. Pawan Subba ,panchayats of Turung Mamring, ASHA of Donok and Turung areas, Suraksha SHG and Pabitra SHG of Donok, Guras SHG and Saipatri SHG of kirtipur participated in this massive clealiness drive.
The team collected garbage which included empty alcohol bottles, used baby diapers, plastics and many more.
It has been appealed by the clealiness team towards the public to throw garbage responsibily as improper disposing of waste will lead to adverse health effects and waste which can be recycled, reused should be done in a healthy manner.
