Commissioning of the Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) to be used for Panchayat By-Elections, 2023 under Namchi District carried out at DAC

Namchi, 17th April (IPR):The commissioning of the Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) to be used for Panchayat By-Elections, 2023 under Namchi District was carried out at District Administration Centre, today.
The commissioning process was done in the presence of SDM(HQ) Mr. Chiran Rizal in presence of BHEL Engineer and candidates of the two contesting wards which is 2 Lower Gangyong Panchayat Ward and 8 Upper Tshalamthang Panchayat Ward.
After, the commissioning process a training for polling teams was also conducted at the conference hall of District Administration Centre which was imparted by DC (Namchi) Mr. M. Bharani Kumar SDM (HQ) Mr. Chiran Rizal and other Sector Magistrates.
