Coordination meeting with Honble Zilla Adhakshya Ms. Anjita Rai , Honble Zilla Upa Adhakshya Shri Bikash Tamang with all the Honble Zilla Panchayat members and Gram Panchayats along with Block Development officer of Namchi BAC held at the conference hall of NMC

Namchi,16th September: A Coordination meeting with Honble Zilla Adhakshya Ms. Anjita Rai , Honble Zilla Upa Adhakshya Shri Bikash Tamang with all the Honble Zilla Panchayat members and Gram Panchayats along with Block Development officer of Namchi BAC was held at the conference hall of NMC building .
The meeting was chaired by Honble Zilla Adhakshya , Namchi District.
All the Honble Panchayat president of respective GPU spoke on the occasion about their greviences and about their innovation in the official procedures that they have achieved .
Honble Zilla Upa Adhakshya also spoke on the occasion and said that the genuine greviences will be addressed during the Panchayat Samelan.
Speaking on the occasion Honble Zilla Adhakshya emphasised and requested all Gram Panchayats to work in tandem with Zilla Panchayats of respective territorial constituencies and built up a rapo amongst each other for the development of the GPUs. She also stressed more on the officials procedure carried out in the VAC by the PRI functionaries and requested them to be dedicated and give utmost service to the public. The Panchayat samelan is scheduled to be held from 6th to 8th Oct. 2023 and on the final day Honble Chief Minister will grace the ocassion as Chief Guest, she added and requested everyone to give their valuable presence.
