DAC Namchi observes Constitution Day

Namchi, 26 November (IPR) – The District Administrative Centre Namchi marked the Constitution Day today, commemorating the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of India.
The event was led by Ms Trisang Tamang ADC Namchi who read the “Preamble” of the Indian Constitution at the premises of District Administrative Centre (DAC),
The occasion was also graced by the Mr Saran Kalikotey SDM Namchi, Mr Pravin Gautam SDM Namthang along with Heads of Offices and various staff members of the district administration.
Constitution Day, observed every year on November 26, marks the adoption of the Indian Constitution by the Constituent Assembly in 1949 and its subsequent implementation on January 26, 1950.
The day serves as a reminder of the values and principles that form the foundation of India’s democratic system
