DC Namchi chaired Election Preparedness Meeting at the DAC Namchi

Namchi, January 27 (IPR): To ensure a smooth and well-organised General Election 2024, Ms Annapurna Alley DC Namchi chaired Election Preparedness Meeting at the DAC Namchi, today.
Present during the meeting were Mr Anant Jain ADC Namchi, Mr. Pulkit Asst. Collector, Nodal Officers, and officials from the concerned departments.
The meeting focused on tracking the ongoing progress and responsibilities assigned to Nodal Officers for the upcoming General Election in 2024.
Furthermore, the session covered crucial subjects including the management of election logistics, efficient manpower allocation, identification of bannering and postering venues in public spaces, strategic planning of transportation vehicles, emphasising the need for a well-coordinated effort to facilitate the electoral process seamlessly and several other vital aspects to ensure preparedness for the general election.
