DC Namchi Inspects Water Supply Restoration and Infrastructure in Ravangla Sub-Division

Namchi, July 6 (IPR): Ms. Anupa Tamling, DC Namchi, carried out an inspection of the main water supply pipeline for Namchi at Ravangla, today.
Accompanied by Mr. Subash Ghimirey, Additional District Collector (ADC) Namchi, Mr. Sunil Mothey, ADC Development Ravangla, Mr. Rinchen Dorjee Bhutia, Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Ravangla, Mr. Karma Choda Bhutia, Deputy Director (LR & DM), Ms. Peggyla venchungpa , DFO (T) forest department, Mr. Dek prasad Dhal Block Development Officer (BDO) Ravangla, along with ward panchayat of concern area under Barfung constituency and representatives from the Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department and the National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL).
During her visit, She also inspected the SDM office in the Ravangla Subdivision. She reviewed the functionality of the office and checked the attendance register to ensure that the office operations were running smoothly.
Following the office inspection, She examined the status of the road construction from Ravangla to Legship, a project currently undertaken by NHIDCL. She listened to the grievances of the public regarding the construction and assured them of her support. She issued strict directives to the NHIDCL General Manager (G.M) and representatives, emphasising the importance of working efficiently and prioritising public welfare.
