District Collector Namchi felicitates volunteers for their contribution in Har Ghar Tiranga 2025.

DC Namchi Ms Anupa Tamling, in her address congratulated and expressed gratitude to the volunteers for their dedication and contribution towards making the campaign a grand success in Namchi District.

She further encouraged the volunteers to continue their active participation in future, noting that such campaigns help strengthen the bond between administration and the community.

Additionally she urged everyone to share this message with others who might be interested in joining and contributing to this mission in the future.

ADC Namchi cum Nodal Officer, Ms Tirsang Tamang, informed on the Har Ghar Tiranga initiative, which was officially launched in 2022.

She explained that the campaign was envisioned to instill a sense of pride in the national flag and to foster a sense of pride

for the nation.

She also shared that the Ministry of Culture has been consistently guiding districts to carry forward the campaign in a meaningful manner, and Namchi District’s active volunteer support has played a pivotal role in its successful implementation.

A total of four volunteers from Namchi District were felicitated during the ceremony:

* Mr. Avinash Sharma R/o Majhigaon Ward No. 04 Jorethang, Namchi District.

* Ms. Sonam Ongmu Bhutia R/o Punjitar Ward Damthang, Namchi District.

* Ms. Sushmita Pradhan R/o Diu Damthang Block, Namchi.

* Ms. Zeena Rai R/o Lamaten Tingmo, Namchi District.

The ceremony was conducted to honour their work, dedication, and community service in spreading the message of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign.

It served as a token of appreciation from the district administration, recognising the vital role of volunteers in motivating citizens to actively participate and proudly display the national flag.

Also present during the ceremony were, ADC (HQ) Mr Subash Ghimirey, SDM Namchi Mr Saran Kalikotey.
