Expenditure Observer for Namchi District arrives at District Administrative Centre

Namchi, March 21 (IPR) : Mr Ashish Kumar Shukla, the Central Expenditure Observer (EO) for all AC of Namchi District i.e 11-Namchi-Singhithang, 10- Poklok-Kamrang, 09- Barfung, 12- Melli, 15- Rangang- Yangang, 13- Namthang- Rateypani, 14- Temi- Namphing , arrived at DAC, Namchi today.
On his arrival, he was welcomed by DM/ DEO Namchi, Ms Annapurna Alley along with Sy SP Dr TN Gyatsho and all the Nodal Officers and other officials of the district administration.
The DEO provided the EO with updates on Static Surveillance Team, Flying Squad Team, Accounting Team, Video Viewing Team, Video Surveillance Team, and others.
She outlined the district’s profile and the Seven Constituencies in accordance with the District Election Management Plan.
She also informed the EO about the polling station count, voter numbers and the district overall preparedness.
The Expenditure Observer convened with Nodal Officers, discussing their strategies for General Elections 2024. He also inquired about cVigil and other pertinent matters, stressing the importance of transparent elections and urged the Nodal Officers to submit their daily reports promptly.
