Fourteenth batch of postal ballots from service voters received by DEO Namchi at the District Administrative Centre, Namchi

Namchi, June 1 (IPR): The fourteenth batch of postal ballots from service voters through the Electronically Transmitted Postal Ballot System (ETPBS) was received by DEO Namchi and Nodal Officer (ETPBS) at the District Administrative Centre, Namchi, today.
The postal official handed over ten postal ballots in the presence of representatives from various political parties. Altogether, 406 postal ballots were received through ETPBS for all Assembly Constituencies (AC) under Namchi District till date.
Upon collection, the postal ballots were segregated and kept in the ETPBS boxes by the concerned Returning Officer (RO) of the respective AC.
Additionally, the representatives were informed about the AC-wise receipt of the postal ballots by the concerned ROs. The postal ballots received for all seven ACs in Namchi District are as follows: 09 Barfung AC-50, 10 Poklok-Kamrang AC-51, 11 Namchi Singhithang AC-36, 12 Melli AC-65, 13 Namthang Rateypani AC-77, 14 Temi Namphing AC -67 and 15 Rangang Yangang AC- 60.
It may be mentioned here that the ETPBS boxes containing postal ballots will be moved to the strong room tomorrow at 4:30 a.m. for counting.
