Minister for Urban Development and Food & Civil Supplies Inspects Information and Public Relations Office in Namchi

Namchi, 31st August (IPR): Mr Bhoj Raj Rai, Minister for Urban Development and Food and Civil Supplies, visited the Information and Public Relations Office in Namchi today.
Accompanied by Mr Bishnu Sharma, DE/Buildings, Mr Karma Choda Bhutia, OSD UDD, and other departmental officers, the Minister conducted a thorough inspection of the building. He highlighted the urgent need for repairs and maintenance due to water seepage and the ageing structure.
During the visit, the Minister engaged in a brief discussion with the staff, assuring them of the department’s full support and guidance. He instructed the DE and his team to carry out a comprehensive assessment of the building and take prompt action to improve its infrastructure.
Ms Deepti Pradhan, DIO along with her staff members have expressed their sincere gratitude to the Minister for his concern and for addressing the long-standing requisitions of the IPR Namchi office with immediate support.
