Mr Satish Chandra Rai MLA 11- Namchi-Singhithang Chairs Preparatory Meeting for the Upcoming State-Level Kalakaar Bharosa Sammelan

Namchi, February 26 (IPR): A preparatory meeting for the upcoming State-Level Kalakar Bharosa Sammelan was conducted at the District Administrative Centre, Namchi under the chairmanship of Mr. Satish Chandra Rai MLA 11-Namchi Singhithang.
The event is scheduled to be held from March 2nd to 4th, in Namchi.
The meeting was attended by Ms Anupa Tamling DC Namchi, Mr Subash Ghimirey ADC (HQ), along with SDMs, HoOs and representatives from various line departments.
As per the schedule, the inaugural event on March 2nd will take place at Namchi Central Park, while the remaining two days (March 3rd & 4th) will be held in Town Hall, Namchi.
Renowned Indian film director and screenwriter Mr Anurag Basu is set to attend the event, alongside several eminent artists from across the country.
To ensure a smooth and well organised event, Mr Satish Chandra Rai directed all concerned departments to undertake a cleanliness and beautification drive across Namchi town. He assured his participation in the cleanliness drive and informed to maintain hygiene in public spaces, including toilets.
Ms Anupa Tamling DC Namchi urged all line departments to actively participate in the State Level Kalakar Bharosa Sammelan. She stated that she would be closely monitoring the event preparations and assured full support to make it a grand success.
A significant highlight of the event will be the presence of the Chief Minister of Sikkim Mr Prem Singh Tamang as the Chief Guest.
