Training Program on Implementation of e-Office Conducted in Namchi District
Namchi, 6 February: The training program for implementation of e-Office was successfully conducted at the Office of the District Collector, Namchi District.
The training program was attended by Sub-Divisional Magistrate(HQ), Shri Nim Pintso Bhutia, Sub-Divisional Magistrate(Namchi), Shri Saran Das Kalikotey, staff from the General Section I and staff from IT section as well.
An Overview of e-Office:
eOffice is a web application enabling the Government to automate the entire administrative workflow and transform the government work culture and ethics.

4. Promotes innovation and efficiency by releasing staff energy and time from unproductive procedures
The participants of the training program were given a presentation of the summarised details of the entire workflow and then moving to the core applications of the e-Office. The presentation was followed by processing a demo application in the e-Office website which enhanced the clarity of the workflow to a much greater extent.
The training session was an interactive one, where the participants were able to clear any doubts they had regarding eOffice.
