PRESS RELEASE FROM VILLAGE ADMINISTRATIVE CENTRE, MELLIDARA, NAMCHI DISTRICT

Namchi, 10 May : The Village Administrative Centre of 26-Mellidara Paiyong GPU successfully conducted a special campaign at Melli Bazar to facilitate the issuance of Sanitation Certificates and No Objection Certificates (NOC) for the business community, as part of their License Renewal procedure, yesterday.

The campaign was organized under the guidance of Hon’ble Area MLA Shri N.B. Pradhan, who earnestly advised the Panchayat Sachiv and Panchayat President to provide these services directly at the bazaar for the convenience of business owners.

The event was conducted in the presence of the Panchayat President, Vice President, Panchayat Members, Panchayat Sachiv, Mr. Saran Pradhan was responsible for verifying the required documents and forwarding them to key staff members Mr. Nagen Basnet (PAA), who handled the printing of the certificates. The campaign was further supported by office staff members Mr. Bikram and Mr. Ajay.

With active cooperation from the Melli Bazar Business Development Community, the campaign successfully resulted in the distribution of 114 Sanitation Certificates and 177 No Objection Certificates.

This initiative reflects the GPU’s continued commitment to promoting hygiene standards, regulatory compliance, and facilitating ease of business operations in the local bazaar.
