Second Round Training for Presiding and Polling Officers concludes at Namchi district

Namchi, Feb 15 (IPR): The second round of training for Presiding and Polling Officers in preparation for the General Election 2024, concluded successfully on its fourth and final day. The training took place in two separate venues, namely DAC Conference Hall, Namchi and NSSS Auditorium Hall, simultaneously.
The training sessions was facilitated by Ms Merina Rai, Joint Secretary Election Cell, Pakyong, Dr CP Khatiwada, Assistant Professor NGC and ALMT’s.
A total of 92 officers attended the training, among them 47 were polling and the other 45 were presiding officers
