Urban Development Department Conducts final phase of Inspection at Ravangla on Trade License Awareness

Ravangla, April 23 (IPR): The Urban Development Department (UDD) carried out the final phase inspection at Ravangla Bazar, focusing on trade license awareness and renewal for the year 2025.
The inspection team reviewed the status of trade and sublet licenses held by business owners in the area. Several expired trade licenses were identified during the visit.
In addition, the inspection identified several expired food items in shops, which were promptly removed and disposed of by the inspection officers to ensure public safety and hygiene.
Officials urged business operators to comply with the relevant regulations and renew their licenses within the stipulated timeframe.
The inspection team included Deputy Director of UDD Namchi, Mr. S. K. Rai, Assistant Director UDD Ms Alisa Basnet, Sr Inspector UDD Mr Santosh Rai, Ravangla Bazar Committee and police personnel.
